On April 20, 2009, the IIA attended the ceremony organized by the University of Montreal where Mr. Charles Aznavour was awarded with a honorable doctorate diploma from the University (UofM) in recognition to his exceptional contribution to the french culture around the world. The ceremony took place at the Ernest-Cormier amphitheatre of the Roger-Gaudry pavillion at the University of Montreal.
