The International Informatization Academy has established partnership relations with the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC).
The following cities became members of the OWHC due to references of the IIA:
- Kazan (Russia)
- Acheng (China)
- Tripoli (Lybia)
- Yerevan (Armenia)
- Echmiadzine (Armenia)
